Dean has 15 years of experience in managing healthcare construction projects for various clients in Texas, California, and Nebraska.


Rod Armstrong

Rod is a Dallas native, former U.S. Army Officer, and a 17-year veteran with Mohawk Group where he currently serves as Regional Vice President of Business Development for Healthcare.




Bill Elvey

Bill has been the Senior Vice President at Children’s Health since 2016. He oversees Planning, Design & Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Environmental Services, and Security functions for the system.


Scott Liles

As System Vice President, Real Estate Project Management for Baylor Scott & White Health, Scott oversees capital projects, facilities and maintenance for the Central Texas area.

David is a Business Development Manager for TDIndustries, the largest mechanical subcontractor in Texas. His responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, and business development. Before coming to TDIndustries, David spent 15 years in the accounting industry.
