The North Texas chapter is among the oldest and largest in AMFP with close to 150 members comprised of healthcare system Professionals and Business Partners. Our programs include healthcare facility tours and programs on trends, innovations and issues that impact the healthcare system real estate professional.

Healthcare End User
$95 per year

Healthcare executives and management forming the industry's user community. These members are executives who spend 100% of their time managing real estate planning, design, construction, project management, and facility management of healthcare systems including acute care, medical office buildings (MOB), clinics, laboratories, and related healthcare assets only.

Strategic Partner
$95 per year

Strategic partners form the industry's supply and service industry. A wide diversity of healthcare real estate interests populates this category of membership. This membership segment includes outsourced architects, brokers, contractors, developers, energy management, investors, landlords, site selection consultants, sustainability, technology, material and equipment manufacturers, and many other parts of the healthcare real estate supply chain.

Academic Member
$70 per year

Academic Members are educators at a colleges or universities who spend their time researching or teaching in the field of healthcare real estate or real estate related education.

Student Member
$40 per year

Student memberships are intended only for those new to the profession, who are enrolled full-time in degree-granting programs with accredited colleges or universities that include facilities or real estate related fields. To qualify, a student must present proof of class registration and a Student ID card that confirms current enrollment dates (past classes completed do not qualify).

Retired Member
$70 per year

Available for our former active members only. To receive this rate, a person must have been a member in good standing for a minimum of two years. Must submit a letter from your last employer confirming your retired status, join by phone or email only.
