As System Vice President, Real Estate Project Management for Baylor Scott & White Health, Scott oversees capital projects, facilities and maintenance for the Central Texas area.

Charles Shelburne

Vice President

As Vice President of Campus Planning for Baylor Scott & White Health, Charles develops strategic plans for hospital campuses to ensure that all real estate projects are integrated with the systems' strategic business plan.

Michael C. Walker

As Director of Real Estate Operations with Texas Health Resources, Michael is responsible for the overall leadership of the system’s North Zone Real Estate Operations.

Rod is a Dallas native, former U.S. Army Officer, and a 17-year veteran with Mohawk Group where he currently serves as Regional Vice President of Business Development for Healthcare.

David Bates

David is a Business Development Manager for TDIndustries, the largest mechanical subcontractor in Texas. His responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, and business development. Before coming to TDIndustries, David spent 15 years in the accounting industry.

Jeff Eggleston

PR Chair

Jeff has been with Schneider Electric for 25 years, and currently serves as the Healthcare Key Account Manager. He leads the Healthcare Cross Business Unit Development team for multiple segments including Building Controls, Security, and Critical Power Applications.

Beth Carroll, AIA, ACHA

Program Co-Chair

Beth is a Principal/Architect at Page and specializes in healthcare facility planning and design including renovation, expansion, and new construction projects of non-profit, government and proprietary multi-hospital systems across the nation.

Jennie Evans

Jennie is the Development Director for the HKS Community Sector. She has served as a strategy and operations consultant in design for over 15 years and is Past President of the Nursing Institute of Healthcare Design. Jennie is passionate about enhancing the built environment and improving the health of our communities.
